Subscription Flexibility:

• You have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time. This gives you the flexibility to adjust your subscription to suit your needs.

Automatic Shipments:

• When you sign up for a subscription, your chosen products and quantities will be automatically shipped to you at the frequency you selected during the initial subscription order.
• For example, if you choose a bi-weekly frequency and your initial order is placed on the 1st of the month, your next subscription order will automatically ship on the 14th, and so on, until you decide to modify or cancel your subscription.

Shipping Schedule and Policies:

• Our standard shipping policies apply to subscription orders. Orders are shipped from our Midwest warehouse 7 days a week, excluding major US holidays.
• If your subscription renewal falls before 2 PM Central Standard Time (CST), it will be shipped the same day. If it falls after this time, it will ship within the next business day.
• As with all our orders, an adult signature (age 21 or over) is required at the time of delivery for your subscription order.

Communication and Tracking:

• We will keep you informed about your subscription orders through email and/or SMS text updates, including order confirmation, shipping notifications, and any other relevant information regarding your subscription.

Subscription Management:

• You can manage your subscription through your account on kivaconfections.shop. This includes pausing, modifying the frequency, or canceling your subscription.
