I have tried a couple of gummy‘s to get to sleep and I feel so these are far the best I have tried. I take a gummy predictably about 45 minutes prior to wanting to go to sleep. That’s when it kicks in. I think these are superior to a lot of Gummies easy to chew easy to digest and they have a sub subscribe and save perfect.

I just started using the sleep gummies and I only take 1/2 right now . So far I think they’re helping. I usually wake multiple times during the night and would often have a hard time getting back to sleep , but since starting these I fall back to sleep easily. I’m hoping this continues.

I’m diabetic and have had problems sleeping for many years. Sleep aids were my go to but I hate the way they make me feel the next day. Plus, sleep aids can be an issue later in life and have been linked to dementia. With my kidney issues I can’t take any pain relievers and these also help with aches and pains. I use these three nights a week. I would recommend them to anyone. I am not a recreation marijuana user (have never tried it in my entire life) and don’t live in a state where I can legally use it anyway. I don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t use these. They have made my life so much better.
