I have tried a couple of gummy‘s to get to sleep and I feel so these are far the best I have tried. I take a gummy predictably about 45 minutes prior to wanting to go to sleep. That’s when it kicks in. I think these are superior to a lot of Gummies easy to chew easy to digest and they have a sub subscribe and save perfect.

I just started using the sleep gummies and I only take 1/2 right now . So far I think they’re helping. I usually wake multiple times during the night and would often have a hard time getting back to sleep , but since starting these I fall back to sleep easily. I’m hoping this continues.
